Hello Cherry Bombs,

I am sure you have seen the new look from Kim Kardashian at the Balenciaga fashion show. If you haven’t, let me explain. Kim Kardashian showed up at the fashion show in a turtleneck full-coverage bodysuit, covered head to toe with yellow caution tape featuring the Balenciaga logo. A video posted by Kim shows helpers strapping her in with the tape. Her outfit was accompanied by a matching taped purse, shoes and black Balenciaga sunglasses.

This video was also joined by another viral scene at the fashion show where Kim seems to be having a difficult time walking in her outfit. Imagine you put duct tape on your full body and let’s see you walk down the catwalk so easily! Her outfit has the internet split, with some of her fans commenting negatively on her obvious discomfort and the squeaking sound that followed the Kardashian whenever she had to move. Other fans actually enjoyed Kim in this taped outfit, comparing it to the bold outfits worn by Lady Gaga that also sparked controversy.

Despite the apparent discomfort, this outfit is actually a slay. With the extravagant yellow tape covering her head to toe, the simplicity of the solid black glasses, bare nails and slick-back hair balances out the caution tape.

Kim Kardashin has literally secured the “Balenciaga bag.” In February, Kim K. posed and advertised the Balenciaga’s La Cagole bag in a beautiful lime green, which she models with a full coverage black turtleneck suit- no tape this time – on her sofa, the eye-catching purse gracefully beside her.

Since Balenciaga named Kim Kardashian as their new brand ambassador, Kim Kardashian has given look after look, showing off the purses, glasses, and encapsulating the fashion brand, itself.

Kk, babes that’s it for me.  Remember, fashion does not have rules other than to never disrespect its many forms.
